These terms and conditions, published at www.aegistraining.co, are the newest rules and regulations for using Aegis Training Services Ltd Website.

We will presume that you agree to these terms and conditions if you access this website. Learner, You, and ""Your" refer to you, the person using this website in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by the Company ("Terms and Conditions," "Privacy Statement," and "Disclaimer Notice," and "All Agreements"). Our company is referred to herein as "the Company", "we", "our", and "us".

Training, certification exams, resits and course materials are all included in the course fee. The customer will pay the remaining payment on the first day of the course in addition to the booking fee paid online or over the phone when making the reservation.

The scheduled training will take place on the agreed upon date.

Training attendance is mandatory for all students pursuing SIA-related credentials. You must attend the entire scheduled training period, and latecomers will not be permitted to participate.

There is no fee to reschedule a course, but students must give us advance notice via email.

You will be notified via email or text message as soon as we receive your results or certificate, which is typically between ten to sixteen days of the exam date. You can pick it up in person at the training centre at a cost of £5 per cerificate.

If you cancel your enrollment in a course at least 28 days before it is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund. If less than 28 days remain until the end of the course, no refunds will be given. Non-attendance fees are non-refundable after the course start date. In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel your course, you will receive a full refund.

Disrupting the training of yourself or other students is not tolerated, and you may be asked to leave the premises if you engage in unacceptable behaviour in the classroom. You will not receive a refund if you are expelled from the course until the outcome of the investigation.

As a means of assisting our students in finding employment, we offer character references, assist in CV profiling, and put our students in touch with local security firms.
