Learn the basics of first-aid and be prepared for emergencies
The first-aid training course is important for every workplace. Emergencies arise without a warning. So, you must be prepared. Having the basic knowledge of first-aid can save a life. Our training course comes with written study material as well as high-quality videos which have been developed by qualified first-aid professionals. With the help of this course, you will learn how to identify emergencies and how to respond appropriately to each type of emergency.
In line with the guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Public Health England, the course also trains you to administer first-aid while ensuring that Covid-19 safety protocols are followed.
Keep in mind, though, that the course will not make you a medical professional. It only trains you for initial response to emergencies. Always seek professional help immediately when there is a medical emergency.
Also, the course is designed for employees at low-risk workplaces such as restaurants, retail stores, and offices. Employees at such places (at least some, if not all) must have a basic knowledge on how to respond to medical emergencies.
